• Service providers: We use third-party tools (Airtable for data management, Resend for email delivery) to operate our business. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data protection agreements.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. Our security measures include:

• SSL/TLS encryption on our website (HTTPS)
• Secure, access-controlled data storage through Airtable
• Limited access to personal data — only team members who need it to process your application can view it
• No storage of sensitive financial credentials on our systems

While we take these precautions, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Specifically:

• Active applications are retained for the duration of the financing process
• Closed or declined applications are retained for up to 2 years for record-keeping and to assist with future applications if you return
• Callback requests are retained for up to 6 months

After these periods, your information is securely deleted from our systems. You may request earlier deletion at any time — see Section 7.

Your Rights Under PIPEDA

As a Canadian resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
