📷 Shoot Like a Pro (No Fancy Gear Needed)

Clean the unit first. Five minutes of wiping down beats any camera. Dust and bugs read as "neglected."
Shoot in soft, even light. Overcast days or open shade beat harsh midday sun. Avoid shooting into the light.
Use a clean, simple background. An empty lot or plain wall keeps the eye on the unit, not the clutter behind it.
Hold the phone level and shoot at the unit's height. Crouch down — eye-level shots look far more professional than looking down at it.
Lead with your best angle. The front-three-quarter shot almost always sells the unit best — make it your first photo.
Be honest about damage. Showing flaws clearly builds trust and cuts wasted tire-kicker conversations.
